Argentinian Asado inspired offset basket cooking over coals with solid stainless steel adjustable grill. Insulated stainless steel hood with powder coated aluminium panels. Stainless steel platform with heavy duty lower shelf. Beautiful large stainless steel wheel to adjust your cooking grill height over your coals with ease! Simply wind up the grill all the way to hide the grill, then you have a open outdoor fireplace.
Impressive heat from our custom high alumina fire brick. Built to last in any NZ environment
Sold in two pieces for easy transport. Unique to Authentic Oven this Authentic Grill has 32 SS threaded rods which sandwich the bricks together for a complete solid structure. No glues or mortars to break down over time.
Measuring 1550mm wide and 720mm depth external. The flue height can be adjusted to suit with optional extensions.
Double skinned ceramic fibre insulated stainless steel hood with powder coated aluminium panels.
