Returns Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. We are committed to selling high-quality products and have been since 2011 However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may discuss options before the oven is used. For accessories no problem just send it back. As the ovens are very heavy things like freight and packaging cannot be credited.
- Refunds will be offered if damaged in transit or are defective and we are unable to repair the item or provide a replacement.
- Refunds will not be offered for change of mind.
- Refunds will not be offered on ovens after firing unless there is a construction or structural material fault. Cracks to cladding are not structural and easily repaired. We will send at no charge a repair kit within the first 5 years after purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We could exchange the product if you ordered the wrong product with shipping fee.
- We can exchange to other products as well. Freight not included.

All returns must be documented by email with our confirmation within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Return freight not included
