Ingredients
(Ingredients make 1 pizza, multiply as required)
1/2 cup Tomato paste or 1/2 Can chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped and pitted Kalamata olives
3/4 cup Sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup Green pepper (chopped)
1/2 cup Red onions (diced)
3/4 cup Feta (crumbled or cubed)
1/2 cup Mozzarella (grated)
Olive oil to drizzle
Salt and Pepper
Method
- 1. Roll out dough onto floured board or pizza paddle
- 2. Spread paste or tomatoes onto the dough
- 3. Sprinkle with ½ the mozzarella cheese
- 4. Add remaining ingredients evenly over the pizza
- 5. Sprinkle with left over mozzarella cheese
- 6. Drizzle pizza with olive and add salt and pepper to taste
- 7. Slide off paddle or board and into your Authentic Oven until cooked
If oven is pre heated pizzas will take approximately 60 seconds to cook.
Remove from oven with pizza peel also supplied by Authentic oven.
