That is correct Gurnard fish Pizza! We tried this after a fishing trip and it was surprising how delicious it is. A true great tasting pizza…. try it!
- 1. Make a standard pizza base
- 2. Add tomato sauce
- 3. A little bit of cheese
- 4. Then large chunks (approximately 15-20mm cubes) of Gurnard
- 5. Next pop a spot of garlic on each Gurnard cube
- 6. Finally add some tomatoes, more cheese and your done!
This will be on every menu of ours in future as this really is something special. Try it you may be surprised ?
